Stripe
Credit & debit card payments via Stripe Checkout
When connected, dispatchers can send customers a secure Stripe-hosted payment link from any invoice. Stripe processes the card — SBS records the payment automatically when complete.
Get your API keys at dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys. Use test keys (pk_test_… / sk_test_…) to verify before going live.
QuickBooks Online
Push payment receipts to Intuit QuickBooks
When connected, payments recorded in SBS can be pushed to QuickBooks as payment receipts. This link keeps your books in sync automatically.
Add lines with a barcode (GS1, QR payload as text, or internal code) and optional order link. While the manifest is DRAFT, staff pick and pack in Orders → Warehouse Inbound. Move to PENDING_DISPATCH when that route is staged for the dock; then drivers load and deplete.

Compares warehouse scan activity to delivered orders in a date range. Investigate large gaps (e.g. many scans vs few deliveries).

When one inbound load feeds several outbound vans, open Split… on that manifest in the table above, select the lines for the first route, and confirm. The selected lines move to a new manifest; repeat for each van. Works while the manifest is DRAFT or Pending dispatch.
Each row is a bin the floor can put stock into. Seeded: STAGING (receive dock), BULK-01, PICK, DOCK. Use New location for every real rack slot (type STORAGE); the code is what operators select or scan in Operations → Warehouse Outbound.

Before starting, SBS Dispatch counts every record currently in this company database. After the import finishes, it re-counts and shows you exactly what was added.
Download the CSV template for each section, fill it in with your old system's data, then upload it here.
Use the Validate button on each section to check for errors before anything is imported.
Run Preview (dry run) — no data is written. Review the result and fix any errors.
Run Execute. SBS Dispatch imports the data and shows a before/after report with any failures and how to fix them.
