HeyGen re-edit kit — branding + real screens
HeyGen’s AI generates a nice presenter but cannot show your real product unless you upload screen recordings. Use this page to capture Dispatch (Operations), Admin, and Driver, then replace AI backgrounds in HeyGen.
1. Download branding

Sign in to a demo tenant with sample orders. Use Win+G (Windows Game Bar) or OBS, 1920×1080. Slow mouse moves.

Tip: Use Chrome DevTools device mode (iPhone) for driver UI, or record from a real phone.
3. Fix your HeyGen project
- Open your existing HeyGen video in the editor (do not regenerate from scratch unless needed).
- Brand Kit — upload logo; set teal/amber if available.
- Add Scene 0 (image): dark bg + logo — 3 seconds, no speech.
- For each product scene: select scene → Background → Upload your screen MP4 or PNG → full bleed.
- Avatar: shrink to corner bubble on screen scenes, or move speech to adjacent avatar-only scene.
- Replace generic UI with your uploads in this order: Dashboard → Order → Dispatch → Map → Admin zones → Driver POD.
- Add final scene: logo end card + sbsdispatch.com/signup + (877) 676-2810.
- Export 1080p → YouTube → set
